Internet Video Magazine (www.internetvideomag.com) today announced the launch of their new and improved Make Movies section that is dedicated to teaching first timers, consumers, video hobbyists, business people and video professionals the essentials of producing Internet video and streaming media.
"We created the Make Movies section as a resource for those who want to learn how to create and post their Internet videos and movies," said Mark Shapiro, editor in chief, Internet Video Magazine. "No longer do people have to rely on video cassettes or broadcast TV to share their personal and business videos with the world. They can post them to the net and anyone with Internet access can see them."
The Make Movie area covers how to shoot, edit, create and post Internet movies, films and animations. This includes basics like how to pick the right camcorder, how to shoot and capture video movies, and how to edit and compress video for the Internet. In addition, the new section includes detailed reviews of specific camcorders, video capture cards and products, as well as software for editing videos.
Reviews range from basic video editing programs like Microsoft MovieMaker and Apple iMovie to professional editing solutions like Adobe Premiere, Ulead MediaStudio Pro and Matrox RT.X10 and RTMac solutions.
The Make Movie section provides links to web sites that will store family, travel, holiday and even business videos for free or inexpensively, as well as locations for free, demo and shareware multimedia creation programs that can be downloaded from the Internet.
This month we look at camcorder zoom lens and the hype and false claims surrounding them in an article titled Zoom Wars -- My Zoom is Bigger than Yours. Some camcorder vendors claim their zoom lens provide 50x digital zoom, some say 100x and say have 200x or more. But buyer beware, ... all of those electronically magnified digital images look like garbage. Check it out at www.internetvideomag.com.
Other new features include Audio for Video, The Best New Camcorders from Sony and Panasonic, How to Create Online Slide shows, What Accessories do You Really Need to Shoot Good Looking and Sounding Video, as well as Do You Really Have to Have a Digital Video Camcorder.
Internet Video Magazine was launched in January 2002 and has rapidly become one of the most popular video destination sites on the Internet. The Watch Videos sections are visited by thousands every day -- checking out the Internet's best, funniest and weirdest videos, and looking to find the best Web sites to watch videos about travel, Stars Wars, Movie Trailers, TV commercials, documentaries, music, animation, etc.
